An introduction to The Health Mapping Clinic by Dr. Ashley Hilton

How we can help

The four key questions we help our patients answer

How do I avoid a condition that runs in my family?

e.g. Heart disease, Cancer, Dementia, Diabetes

Around 70% of UK deaths come from just four conditions. These don’t appear overnight. They build silently over years, even decades. By the time symptoms appear, it’s often too late for simple solutions. That’s why at The Health Mapping Clinic, we don’t wait for problems to show up. We map what’s happening beneath the surface, detect the earliest warning signs, and take action before damage is done.

How do I look and feel good?

i.e. Lose weight, build muscle and increase energy levels

People fail because they use generic, unhelpful tools. To succeed, you need to understand your body, have clear metrics, and follow the right plan for you.

We use detailed testing to map your metabolism, hormones, and body composition, so we know exactly what needs adjusting. Then we create a personalised plan for your nutrition, training, and recovery. And with a dedicated health coach checking in daily, you’ll build the habits for results that last a lifetime.

How do I become healthier?

i.e. Better exercise, sleep and nutrition

Most people never check if their diet, exercise, sleep, and supplements are truly right for their body, their goals, and their long-term health risks. At The Health Mapping Clinic, we help you answer: “What’s the best way to eat, exercise, sleep, and live — specifically for me?”. Through testing and coaching, we create a personalised health plan built around your biology, not guesswork.

How do I stay young, avoid ageing and live longer?

i.e. Increase your health span

Staying younger for longer isn’t down to luck. It’s about strategy. Using detailed scans, blood tests, and genetic insights, we identify what’s accelerating ageing in your body. Everything from blood sugar to inflammation, to declining fitness. From there, we create a personalised plan to help you feel stronger, more energised, and more resilient for years to come. It’s not just about avoiding disease, it’s about performing at your best.

Frequently
asked questions

  • We offer a mix of both. Some parts of the Health Mapping process — like blood tests, scans, and certain physical assessments — are done in person. But many of your appointments and check-ins can happen online. If you're not based near our London clinic, we can often arrange for tests to be done closer to you.

  • Your journey starts with an initial assessment, and from there we design a bespoke programme tailored to your goals. Our full Health Mapping programme runs for 12 months and starts from £900 per month. This gives us the time to not only help you hit your health goals — but to build the lasting habits that keep you on track for years to come.

After your first year, you can choose to join our ongoing maintenance plan for routine monitoring and follow-up testing to keep you on track.

  • Yes. We’re here to optimise your long-term health, not to replace your GP.

You’ll still need your GP for things like infections, rashes, your regular prescriptions, or any urgent day-to-day health issues. We’ll collaborate when needed, but our focus is on prevention, longevity, and helping you thrive — not emergency or acute care.

  • There’s no perfect age to start paying attention to your health, but earlier is always better. It’s also never too late to start.

We work with people in their 30s through to their 80s. Whether you want to avoid a family condition, boost your energy, or simply stay sharp and strong as you age — the best time to start is now.

  • Everything you need to feel better today and live longer tomorrow.

That includes in-depth screening, targeted prescriptions (if needed), personalised nutrition planning, exercise and sleep strategies, stress and recovery coaching — all tailored to your body, your data, and your goals.

  • You’ll have an entire team supporting you. This includes doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, health coaches, exercise specialists, and a dedicated customer success coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Because we have limited spaces and a high level of demand, we don’t offer refunds once your enrolment is confirmed.

This helps us protect the experience and commits us to making sure you feel supported and well looked after throughout your journey.

  • We don’t work with insurance providers.

This is a deliberate choice. It allows us to focus entirely on personalised care without the restrictions or limitations that often come with insurance-related restrictions.
